What we repair

We repair climbing, hiking, mountain, approach, trail running, mountain bike, work and motorcycle boots. We do orthopaedic adjustments as well.

You can send your shoes in through the repair form or drop them off at the shop.

Climbing shoes

Climbing shoes are what we resole most often. Which rubber, which thickness, new rands: it is all on the climbing shoe page.

Climbing shoe resoles and repairs

Hiking and mountain boots

As a certified premium shoemaker for Vibram, we offer a wide range of mountain boot soles.

Many people don’t realise that these shoes can be fully repaired:

  • Tread heels and/or soles
  • Full-length tread soles
  • Complete rebuilds, where the rubber rand, cushioning midsole, and outsole are entirely replaced

All work is carried out exclusively using Vibram materials. In addition, the heel lining, stitching, lace hooks, eyelets, and more can also be repaired.

Approach and trail running shoes

Approach and trail running shoes sit somewhere between climbing shoes and hiking boots. This makes it possible to carry out a surprising number of repairs.

For these shoes, we offer special Vibram soles, often including a climbing zone at the front.

  • Replacing broken lace loops
  • Repairing metal eyelets or hooks
  • Installing new heel lining

In short: almost anything can be repaired.

Work, motorcycle and outdoor boots

Red Wing, Wolverine, Dubarry, Danner and motorcycle boots. These boots are built to be resoled, often more than once.

Red Wing and Wolverine 1000 Mile are Goodyear welted. Danner works a lot with stitchdown, where the upper is sewn straight into the sole. We can resole both constructions.

Mountain bike shoes

We repair mountain bike shoes as well. If you are not sure yours can still be saved, book them in and we will look at them.

Orthopaedic shoes and adjustments

Various adjustments are possible to improve your walking comfort. These include:

  • Heel and/or sole lifts in case of leg length difference, misalignment or muscle shortening.
  • In case of joint stiffness or, for example, painful soles of the feet, a rocker bar can be added underneath the sole to make the rolling movement of the foot easier.
