Climbing shoe repair form

Due to holidays or high demand, we are currently unable to accept climbing shoes for repair.
The repair process typically takes between 8 and 16 working days from the day we receive your climbing shoes.
The repair process typically takes between 4 to 8 business days from the day we receive your climbing shoes.

Good to know

  • Return costs: €6.95 within the Netherlands, €9.95 to Belgium. From 4 pairs to the Netherlands and 6 pairs to Belgium you pay no return costs. For the rest of Europe it is €12.00 from 6 pairs, and from 9 pairs you pay nothing. Outside the Netherlands and Belgium we charge the current rates. All prices are in the price list.
  • Payment: when your repair is nearly finished, you receive an invoice with a payment request. We send your climbing shoes back only after we receive your payment.
  • Rands and toecaps: if these are very thin or damaged, we repair them without consulting you first.
  • Check your shoes: look at the stitching, velcro, lace eyelets and loops too. It would be a shame to send the shoes back for that later.
