Climbing shoe resoles and repairs
We resole and repair climbing shoes of every brand. Post your shoes to us or drop them off in Weert. We assess them, agree the rubber with you and send them back ready to climb.
In principle everything on the shoe can be repaired: soles, rands, toecaps and protectors, as well as Velcro, laces, loops and stitching.
We are an authorised resoler for La Sportiva, Scarpa and Vibram and carry the original materials to repair their shoes. Ocún, Mad Rock and Boreal are likewise resoled with the brand's own original rubber. If you would rather choose yourself, we resole with climbing rubber from Vibram, Ocún, Mad Rock, RAToM and Davos: thirteen compounds to pick from, ranging from firm and supportive to ultra soft for maximum smearing.
When should you have them resoled? Check the sole at the toe regularly. As long as the rand is still intact the repair stays simple and the shoe keeps its fit. Leave it too long and the rand has to be rebuilt as well. New climbing shoes are rarely comfortable straight away, so once they are properly broken in you want to keep them going as long as possible.
